1121 is a long, slender, and fragrant Basmati variety of rice. The plant grows up to 110-120 cm in height. The grain is long (8mm), and the length of the cooked grain is about 20mm, which is approximately 2.5 times the size of the uncooked grain. It matures in about 140-145 days.
